As-built Services

Ulrick Design provides comprehensive as-built services. Our mission is to deliver accurate, high-quality as-built documentation that serves as a vital tool for architects, engineers, construction professionals and homeowners. Servicing San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, and Ventura County.

  • Walls, windows, doors, columns, posts, stairs, plumbing fixtures, built-ins, hvac registers, overhead beams, skylights, soffits and window type. Does NOT include furniture.

  • Balconies, attached decks, fire escapes and patios with interior access. Required for ingress and egress and/or exterior elevations.

  • Detailed illustration of exterior ornamentation, siding, attached structures, equipment, trim, doors, window styles; no deck framing details, plumbing lines, rain management.

  • Roof outline with valleys, ridges, hips, drains, slope drainage and parapet walls. No mechanical (HVAC) equipment/vents/ducting. No plumbing vents.

  • Sections are cut from foundation through roof. Include walls, windows, doors, floors, ceiling and observable major structural elements only. Does not include interior elevations or framing details.

  • Includes lighting, receptacles, switches, and electrical panels. Requires Floor Plans. Does NOT include security system elements.

  • Width, height, material, type, quantity, style.
